Participants arrive at Sage University. Team verification, ID check, and welcome kit distribution. Network with fellow hackers before the chaos begins.

Opening Ceremony
Welcome address by Alt School of Technology & Sunstone leadership. Rules, judging criteria, and hackathon overview. The stage is officially set.

Problem Statement Reveal
All 10 problem statements release simultaneously across 10 domains. Teams have exactly 15 minutes to lock in their choice — no switching allowed after the window closes.

Build
Hacking Begins
The clock starts. Teams begin building their solutions. Mentors are available across all domains for guidance and pivots.

Mentor Rotations — Round 1
Industry mentors make their first round across all teams. Opportunity to get early directional feedback, validate your approach, and course-correct if needed.

Mid-Check Evaluation
Judges visit each team for a 5-minute mid-point check-in. Not scored — purely directional. Teams receive written feedback slips.

Day 2 · Early Hours to Grand Finale

Code Freeze & Submission
All development stops. Teams submit their final solution — code repository, presentation deck, and demo video. No changes allowed after this point.

Judging Rounds Begin
Teams present to a panel of judges in 7-minute slots — 5 minutes demo + 2 minutes Q&A. Judged on innovation, technical depth, feasibility, and impact.

Top 10 Shortlisting
Judges deliberate. Top 10 finalists are announced. Shortlisted teams prepare their grand finale presentations while others network with mentors and sponsors.

Duration
24 hours of continuous building from 11:15 AM on 25 April to 9:00 AM on 26 April. The clock does not stop.
Mentors On-Site
Industry mentors rotate through the venue during Rounds 1 & 2. Request a mentor visit anytime through the hackathon volunteers.
